Question by rawr69x: How do i turn “Virus Protection” on in windows security center?
It’s off, and I can’t figure out how to turn it back on…

You cant “turn on” virus protection from the Security Center. You will need to buy/download an AntiVirus program such as Avira, Norton, McAffee, Avast, AVG, etc… You can find these programs on google. Or at a local walmart of Office Depot.
