I purchased windows 7 to upgrade my vista o/s which didn't work with anything. I have been unable to back up any of my files to my external hard drive. Since there was nothing about upgrade paths on the packaging, I purchased windows 7 professional. It won't install on my Vista Home computer. I can't do custom and lose everything. I want a refund.
